Fill in your details, pick a colour, copy. You get a proper HTML signature that holds together in Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail, with no watermark, no trial and no account. It runs entirely in your browser, so nothing you type ever reaches a server.
The sliced look only exists in this browser until you host it. Three steps:
- Download it. The animated GIF plays the shard build-in in Gmail and Apple Mail, and shows the finished image in Outlook.
- Upload it to your website, or any image host that gives you a public link.
- Paste that link into Image address above and pick Use as is. It is already sliced.
Right click your logo on your own website and choose Copy image address. That address is the reliable path, because mail clients load signature images from a URL rather than from the code.
Social links render as small coloured tiles built from HTML, not icon images. Nothing to host, nothing to break when a mail client blocks images.

The slide-in on this preview is for this page only. Email clients do not run animation. The one thing that moves in an inbox is an animated GIF image, and Outlook for Windows shows its first frame.

Use Copy signature for Gmail and Outlook on the web, where pasting formatted content works. Use Download .html for Outlook on Windows and Apple Mail, where you edit the signature file directly.
01Gmail
- Press Copy signature.
- Settings, See all settings, General.
- Scroll to Signature, Create new.
- Paste into the box.
- Set it as the default for new mail and replies, then Save Changes.
02Outlook on the web
- Press Copy signature.
- Settings, Mail, Compose and reply.
- Paste into the signature box.
- Tick both automatic-include boxes, then Save.
03Outlook on Windows
- File, Options, Mail, Signatures. Create one, name it, save and close Outlook.
- Open %appdata%\Microsoft\Signatures.
- Open the matching .htm file in Notepad.
- Replace what is between the body tags with the downloaded HTML, save, reopen Outlook.
04Apple Mail
- Mail, Settings, Signatures. Add one and type any placeholder text.
- Quit Mail.
- Open the matching .mailsignature file in TextEdit.
- Paste the downloaded HTML below the header lines, save, reopen Mail.
- Untick "Always match my default message font".
The things people actually ask.
Is it really free?
Yes. No signup, no email address, no trial, no watermark. We built it because a bad signature is the cheapest thing a business can fix, and because some of the people who use it will eventually want a website or better Google rankings. That is the whole business case.
Do you store my details or my logo?
No. There is no database behind this page. Everything you type stays in your browser, and an image you drop in is read by the browser itself and never uploaded anywhere.
Why does my logo need a web address?
Mail clients load signature images from a URL. Gmail also caps a saved signature at roughly 10,000 characters, and an image written directly into the code runs far past that. Pasting the address of a logo already sitting on your website is the path that survives. Dropping a file in still works for judging the design, and Gmail users can insert the image manually with Gmail's own image button after pasting.
Will it survive Outlook?
Yes, and that is the point. Outlook on Windows renders email with the Word engine, not a browser engine, so it ignores animation, background images and web fonts. This signature is HTML tables and solid colour fills, which is exactly what that engine handles properly.
Can I use it for my whole team?
Yes. Change the name, title and phone and copy again for each person. Everything else stays put, so the team ends up looking like one business instead of five.
