Google Ads measured in booked work.

Google Ads puts you in front of people searching for your service right now, which makes it the fastest lever in the box, and the easiest one to waste money on. We build campaigns backwards from your numbers: what a job is worth, what a lead costs, and how many leads the spend has to produce to pay for itself.

Then we report from the ad account itself, spend, leads, cost per lead, straight from the source. If a campaign isn't working, you'll see that too. That's the deal.

What's included

Built on your economics

Average job value, margin and close rate decide the targets before a dollar is spent.

Landing pages that convert

Ad clicks land on pages built for one action, not your homepage.

Conversion tracking

Every enquiry tracked back to the campaign and keyword that produced it.

Account-level reporting

The numbers come from the ad account, not a prettied-up PDF.

Real result: a live campaign, three weeks

$782
total ad spend over 3 weeks
7
leads, every one booked as a job
$7,700+
in booked work at minimum job value
9.8x
return on ad spend

One client's ceramic coating campaign, 22 June to 22 July 2026. $73 per lead, all eleven confirmed booked by the client, and larger vehicles price higher, so $12,100 is the floor, not the ceiling.

Google Ads questions, answered straight

How much should I spend on Google Ads?

Enough to buy meaningful data, which for most local service businesses means a few hundred dollars a month minimum. One client campaign we ran spent $800 over four weeks and produced 11 leads at $73 each. The right number depends on what a job is worth to you, and we will work that out with you before you spend anything.

How quickly do Google Ads work?

Calls can start in the first week, because you are buying placement rather than earning it. That is the main reason to run ads alongside SEO: ads cover the gap while the rankings build.

Is the ad budget separate from your fee?

Yes. Advertising spend goes to Google, not to us. Our management fee is separate and quoted per business. You see the real numbers straight from the ad account, including the spend, not a dashboard we have dressed up.

What is a good return on ad spend?

It depends on your margins, but as a rule the return has to comfortably exceed the combined cost of the ads and the management. One campaign we ran returned 15.12 times spend in four weeks, counting booked work at the client’s minimum job value. That is a strong result, not a typical guarantee.

Why did my previous agency report clicks instead of leads?

Because clicks are easier to make look good. Clicks, impressions and click-through rate all rise with budget regardless of whether the phone rings. We report in leads and booked work, and if a campaign is not producing them you will hear it from us.

Do I need a good website before running ads?

Almost always. Paying to send traffic to a site that does not convert is the most expensive mistake in digital marketing. Fixing the destination first makes every dollar after it go further.
