Websites that capture leads.

Most business websites are digital business cards. They sit there, look okay, and do nothing. Syvex builds websites as lead capture machines: a visitor should know what you do, where you do it and how to hire you within seconds, and the enquiry should hit your phone the moment it's sent.

We design and build the site, write the copy, and set up the tracking, then hand you the keys. The site, the domain and every file are yours from day one. Nothing held hostage, nothing to buy back.

Web design questions, answered straight

How much does a website cost?

A Syvex website is a flat $2,500. That is the whole price, not a starting point, and it covers design, build, copywriting and tracking setup. Advertising and ongoing SEO are separate services quoted per business.

How long does it take to build?

Two to three weeks from the point we have your content and approvals. The delay in most website projects is not the build, it is waiting on photos, copy approvals and logo files, so the faster you turn those around the faster you go live.

Do I actually own the website?

Yes. The site, the domain and every file are yours. Nothing is held hostage and there is nothing to buy back if you decide to work with someone else later. That is not true of every agency, so it is worth asking whoever else you are quoting.

What makes a website actually generate leads?

A visitor should know what you do, where you do it and how to hire you within seconds. That means prominent calls to action, click-to-call on mobile, no dead ends, and forms that hit your phone the moment they are sent. Most business websites are digital business cards, which is why they generate nothing.

Will it work on phones?

The phone version is the starting point, not an afterthought. Most local service searches happen on a mobile, so we design for that first and scale up to desktop.

What happens after the site goes live?

It is yours to run. Most clients then move on to local SEO or Google Ads to drive traffic to it, but there is no obligation and no lock-in contract. A site that converts makes every channel after it cheaper, which is why we build it first.
